This is horrible to know! Apparently,the parents didn't care that their daughter was having sex at her tender age of 10. I know of someone that had a child and her daughter had a baby at 12 years old. That's way to YOUNG to be fooling around with members of the opposite sex. What I dont know is where the hell her parent were at the time she was creating the child.
