  • The 'Scooby-Dooby-Doo' thing came before the original cartoon series was aired (Village Green from 68, Scooby Doo aired in 69)... thank you for even that, Ray!

  • I read that Bob Pratt, BBC video tech engineer, saved this and other music performances from the BBC policy of wiping video tapes after a few years so they could be reused. Pratt came to work 2 hrs before anybody else and while doing his job he checked what tapes the BBC had labeled for erasure and if it was something he liked then he made his own copy and sneaked it out. For every one saved like that many were wiped forever.
