For those who have read the book and have had difficulty stopping try to get hold of the DVD version of the book (the clip above is from the DVD). It's under an hour long and is just as effective as the book. Great to have as a refresher or if you ever have a relapse during a drunken stupid moment. You should read the book at least once first though as it goes into a lot more detail.

Hello. I didn't read the book but watched the entire video and was really impressed by it.
In less than 10 days I made my decision to quit smoking, and never smoked since then. I used to smoke some 50 cigs per day, for the last 25 yrs or so.

To sandfordmill . . That guy is Alfie Allen (Lily Allens Brothers), Ive got the dvd and it says it on the credits. if you want to quit and dont have the book or dvd, then GET IT!!! i cant read a book it bores me but the dvd is an hour long and you only have to watch it once, helped me QUIT
I don't have to try to stop smoking...it just stopped. Allen Carr is a genius. If you have an open mind and simply read the book it will happen to you too...and painlessly..in fact happily YIPPEE!

Non devi far nulla, fa tutto lui sull'inconscio, è magnifico! Ristruttura tutte le false credenze sul vizio del fumo e sei felice di essere un non fumatore. Niente ansia o paura, è veramente ben fatto, sia il libro che il video...dovete solo leggere o guardare. C'è il video su emule e il libro gratuito se cercate su internet, cmq costa solo 8e... :))))
