An idea can become an asset really quickly. depending on the idea.Organizers could learn to'organize' people. And a doer can learn to market what they do better to learn to close the deal.
Also this does not recognize that without the idea/organizer/implementer, we would never have Facebook... but it's the owner/leader/closer that stole the idea from the implementer which is why the owner of Facebook has gotten sued.
Also, there is one place where I/O/I tend to get ahead is in writing.
