If you listen only the start of both versions of this song, The Kind of ALAAP Amit Kumar has delivered Mr. Kumar Sanu does`nt even come close to that.

Even if you see the movie AMIT KUMAR`S ALAAP in the background leaves a big impact in the Movie.

There is no any singer alive other than THE GREAT AMIIT KUMAR after KISHORE DA, Who can sing close to Kishore Da. Even If Mr. Kumar Sanu keep learning the music for the next 100 years, He can not sing like THE GREAT AMIT KUMAR. amit kumar was never as good a singer as kishoreda people said that in his lifetime and still do, whereas sanuda has got praise and a hug from RD Burman himself whilst singing for 1942 lve story.

But there is a reason Kumar Sanu is more famous than Amit Kumar and the reason is that he is a better singer and has more variety in his voice! Kumar Sanu has also sung a lot of great songs..maybe you never heard his best songs! I am not saying Amit Kumar is not a good singer, he is a GREAT singer and is equally as good as Kumar Sanu but not better!! :)

Kumar Sanu's voice is sweeter and better than Amit and possibly even better than Kishore (however, no-one will ever admit to that), but Kumar Sanu does not have a range or technique. His voice ALWAYS weakens gradually as he tries to sing in high pitch or low pitch. He needs to sing in an even keel otherwise his weak range is exposed. I am not a Sanu hater, I appreciate his sweetness but thats about it. No range......

@xyash ok sanu fan ...........1st of all training is not everything ......manna de was probably the most skilled singer ....but yet kishore would always b chosen ....its not b cos of kishores macho voise rather his unstoppable melody in each and every word that he sang..........he was a legend whereas sanu is ordinary,sorry........u cannot compare..........but if u compare him with 1 of his own kinds like babul suprio.....i would say babul is much more skilled and sounds more natural

This song was first sung by sanu and later Any malik got it dubbed in Amits voice for sunny deol, obviously amits rendition was far better.. sanu went to court against the tips (cassette company who owned the rights and that is the reason this song was kind of with drawn from the market. I only remember once seeing it in the CD the complete version.. Can somebody help me get the full version..

Yes you are right and I was looking for original version forever ... almost all the versions posted on youtube are by kumar sanu ... this is the only amit kumar version and amit kumar's version is at least a million times better than that of kumar sanu...amit kumar rocks!!! truly a great singer.
