But I never heard that anybody built working watercell, that could feed engine enough to run it. Why nobody builds it? because it is impossible to do so, or because CIA running around and killing whoever try to built it? why is the unit on the meter mV? i thot for a while it's 19amps but checking again it's in mV(milli-Volts)??? what's the real amp draw?

using a $250 fluke clamp on meter ..measures amps and is read as millivolts

How Many amps, and at what voltage? This is high out put.! If a water torch is used, ten tips could heat a boiler to steam power, heat exchangers, Water heater , home furnaces, electrical generators with the Heat from HYDROGEN and inject a little compressed air and the temperature will climb even more.

thats my next goal.. ive seen it done but im not too good with small engines, and not that familiar with diesels..

ive had a small 6 hp gas engine running on 2 of our 21 plate clls but got alot back fires.. the engine i chose didnt allow for enough adjustment of the spark timing im guessing ..

Nice job on the cell. Have you tried to run it on an inverter yet? Inverters hate spikes so when you try it use your pwm to start the cell. It looks like your connections are above the water line, are they welded to the plates? If so you should be ok, but if not get them welded, hate to see that blow up.

10,000 / 2100 = 4.76 MMW.

Looks like a good quality build. About average efficiency for any typical stacked wet cell like this. Nothing extraordinary, though.
