  • uhm btw workout breaks muscles then you have protein and shit so it rebulds the muscle and make it stronger.

  • taking all that protein is good and all but following the protein guide and keeping a balanced diet is the best way to get good results.

  • @CartMen004 Yea, eating right, and exercising dropping fat and building muscle, especially at that age its best. Why not.

  • I have not done p90x but i will have it soon and you should know some stuff, your body can take in 60 grams of protein or a little bit more, and yes kryotien is bad for your kidneys, and you need to know the difference between good and bad calories, i have found that ZMA really helps all you do is take 2 pils before you sleep and the point of your workouts is to tear the muscles and the protein helps fill in the tears pluss the ZMA helps you improve sleep and gives you more dreams

  • I just did that today and i fuckin love it man.... i love core work .... the push ups ( the chataranga ones was the best exercise i have ever tried cause i felt my chest workin like a maniac after i was done.... and btw creatine and grape juice ( cell mass grape flavor) tastes sickkkkkk
