Faking your death is not againts the law unless your using it to claim from insurance..which would be insurance fraud.. read your laws people..elvis cashed in2 life insurance claims befor he died for almost 2 mill and the missing 1 mill he took out of his own account..the claim on Elvis insurance for his death has not been cashed in which would make his faking a death legal.

Faking your death is illegal, its fraud. Elvis had lots of money, and owed LOTS of money. once he "died" they dropped all debts that weren't paid. If he was alive, and stupid enough as too "come back" he wouldn't technically be back, he'd be behind bars...for a LONG time at that.
