I actually tried my first palm/kong/WTF flip on my own in a burst of insanity and then watched this video after, lot of good that did me eh? anyhow, problem I have is i seem to keep turning my legs slightly sideways and tucking them at an odd angle so i'm not straight as i rotate. but i'll keep this tutorial in mind as i keep trying it.
