The kills here have more bumps and ruts with loose clay and slate rock. makes for a bit of a challenge. of course its always fun to go up in an area that used to be a surface coal mine, but now its one big hell pit after the rain. Nobody comes back dry! by the way i put myself in your point of view seeing your land on virtual earth. yeah ok that was a pretty good run. but still i seen the tires slip a little so.. the traction still needs fixed. then it will be a beast.
That was a great hill climb! Loose wet sod. Rangie pickup. V8 howling! If the truck is about 20 feet long, that's bigger than any 200 foot Kentucky bump.
look up Kentucky on google earth or virtual earth. Its all mountains! the entire state is one giant nest of mountains. Were in an area called the Appalachian Mountains! Im sorry if i didnt realize Your geography either. Your not used to the rough terrain like we are. ive seen pics of scotland and it reminded me of the more calmer sections of home.
does sound nice dont it at lest it was over the music this time. Now bring it to the states and climb up one of our hills here in Kentucky. (by the way i realize that was what you call a hill but we call a hill something higher than 200 feet/60.9 meters high. so what you hit was a bump. but still a good runnin, sounding engine looks like it needs more traction and pull though. And no im not saying im better than you either. not all of us Americans are like that.

@bigjermini Just to let you know... You leave dry though. It's never dry in Scotland. Ever.

bigjermini, you may want to review Kentucky--and Scotland. Scotland has taller mountains and higher elevation gains than Kentucky.
Kentucky Highest: Black Mt. 4139 ft
Scotland Highest: Ben Nevis 4409 ft
Scotland's lowest point: sea-level, which is zero.
Kentucky's lowest point: 260 ft on the Mississippi.
Scotland is more than 500 feet taller than Kentucky.
Kentucky covers 40411 square miles
Scotland covers 30420 square miles
So, Kentucky is wider and not as tall as Scotland.
