  • Thanks! I've also done it with low heat and slow stirring, also yields that silky soft texture. Many ways to crack an egg so to speak!

  • You did a great job on the eggs, and is the only way I can eat scrambled eggs

  • I have made Gordons' recipe for this........A totally different way of cooking eggs than what I've been using. I whisk some creme and melted butter, briskly, until it is light and airy (I will continue to make omelettes this way)

    Gordon's scrambled eggs are smooth and silky.......

    Always use the organic eggs, they are not that much more, and sooo much better!
