@Simogun2 What happens in raids is that the looting is set to Master Looter. Which means the raid leader has control of all the loot. So people roll on it and whoever gets the highest roll he's supposed to give it to. Instead he just kept it for himself. >.>

for a pug-raid it's same shit, because you get to roll also using "need".

While in a guild the focus is mainly on how many raids you've participated in, and then people get the reward based on that.

The cel shaded graphics are necessary for the mass quantities of elements available on screen at one time. With more detailed animations WoW could threaten even top of the line machines, yet how it is now just about anything can run it smoothly.
