You're welcome, dsmbear. And yes, you're correct. I was facing Hennepin while standing on that short, steep stretch of Bryant that goes up behind where backstage used to be. I haven't seen any online pix or vids of the site as it appears today, but so far it's only a sloping lawn with a newer entrance to the Walker parking garage.
I haven't been to the Guthrie since 1991. In the 1970's I saw many plays, starting in 1976, all the way up to 1980. I still have my old theater ticket stubs and programs. I wonder...sell them on Ebay???
I would hazard a guess that you'd find an interested buyer (there are still lots of people who fondly remember the original Guthrie), but I have absolutely no idea what these items are worth. If they mean something to you still, you might well want to hang on to them.

By the way, have you seen a video on here showing this same site as it appears today?
Also, upon further inspection, i figured out that this is the view looking towards Hennepin...am I correct?
