@kooziejr Ideally the patient should have the joint above and below exposed. So at least elbows. In practicality, its just helpful to fully expose, showing muscle bulk and symmetry at a glance

@shamrock1337tm i think that's also because of the truck load of ethics and patient autonomy that is about in the UK... we don't get as much patient contact as compared to what the consultants had back in the day. it's a different medical era. :(
