This man lead my April 2011 Forum and there is one fact I can recall immediately, he's an extraordinary person. I'm extremely fortunate to have met and be coached by this man. I invite you to participate in a Forum with him as Lead; it is truly remarkable and the intensity of his message is evident instantly.

Always good to see Mr. Pearson. If you ever get the chance to meet and talk with Larry give yourself that gift. He is a wild man and even a short conversation has major impact.
The camera makes him look tame...don't be fooled!

Larry is the man.
Had the experience to have this gent as my Forum Leader. I know that every leader goes through training but this man brought his "A" game and transformed a group of nearly 200 in September of 2009 in Chicago. We will never be the same. Thanks Larry for your openness and being "real" with us.
