@habbosuks439 the origonal movies were made before this (the panther was just on the intro scenes) but he was so popular they made him into his own cartoon. the newer movies were a take on the origonal movies, not the animated series.

As a kid, you don't think twice about the premise, but as an adult you can't help but wonder why the man repeatedly brings home strangers to sleep over and tries to hide it from the wife. Seems rather gay... not that there's anything wrong with that.

The drunk-talk is spot on, paving the way for todays cartoonists (definitely emulated in the drunk characters on Seth MacFarlane's shows).
