diffinately use a pump, should hae used small slick line pump. that small area would of been a min. of 200.00 dollars. as a owner w/ 26 years ex. . thats a lot cheaper than a work comp claim. I know what your thinking, concrete is for real men, this no pussy sport. but believe me this happens all the time. give them a chance to be off and get paid w/ a settlement at the end , they will do it.
North Construction Concrete in Leeds did a nasty rotten cowboy bodge job of laying my base. They brought in ready mixed wetted concrete and then added buckets + buckets + buckets more water in the garden to make it more workable. It over-wetted the concrete causing it to sag and become inconsistant when dried. Proper hardcore wasn't even used I learnt later.. They won't put it right and Its wasted a lot of my money. Wished I'd have let you do mine !

concrete pump only for big areas. big jobs. not residental. u can form, pour and finish that in a day.
