Homemade Tinted moisturizer

Hey, I recommend making in batches. If you dont plan to use it everyday, make a small batch for emergencies. (as i did). If you know for sure your going to use it everyday then make a bigger one. If it starts to smell, seperate or turn colors its definately time to throw it away. there is really a long time limit. It all depends how old the powder and/or your moisturizer is. make sure to check expirations. thanks for watching!

Yes, especially if youve dropped it and its in pieces, just grind the pieces before you mix with moisturizer..thanks for watching!

I don't think you have spf 20 here. I'm not sure, but I think if you combine two, you only end up with the protection from the highest spf at best. Maybe even less because you diluted it with a 4. Not to be nit picky, but sun protection is important ya'll.

Although this is an awesome idea. It is correct, mixing the SPF products do not double the protection. Mixing SPF 4 with an SPF 20 does not give you a 24.

i do this all the time since i have such a hard time finding tinted moistureizer .

but heres a tip to make the moistureizer better for ur skin : use a MINERAL loose foundation instead (:

i got mine from a set at big lots..u can find them at the drugstore or walmart too...anywhere where u can get travel size things for the airlines etc
