This is more of an impression reel than a Demo reel (although it CAN serve as the same purpose). The thing is, a demo reel should be around 1 minute long, snappy, energetic and fast paced to make the listener interested, and preferably contain YOUR voice and the voices you can come up with for original characters. A few impressions are ok, and tweaked impressions are even better (frankly alot of voices in cartoons are based off of someone).
