By the way...you left water in sink basin. Next time, do all that touchy feely thingy to the sink drain after the basin is drained from being full.

Dang Brother Inspector, when you flush a commode you have to look at the flush vavle inside the tank, they often leak, and when they do leak the backflow inside the valve will not function. Also recommend spraying water on the tiled wall for a few minutes and filling the tub. Some tiled walls will leak, and after draining the tub the exterior building drain should be checked at a yard cleanout

HVAC in attics spells diaster. This is a non conditioned space. If home is in cold climate, "Ice Dam City". Flex ducts have major pressure drop and duct leakage. The HVAC is not balanced. Check the property disclosure for ice dams, ice melts. The home waists enery, is not comfortabel and may have hidden moistured damage.
