A lot of these artists that you guys are naming have all been a huge impact on future bands/artists. BUT I would have to say when it's all said and done that the band that was the most influential (and will ever be) are The Beatles. There has not been anybody in music since their time that has not copied off them or wasn't influenced by them in some way. And that includes ALL GENRES of music.
