ALSO after you are printed yes it gets forwarded to NCIC Yes but, when it shows your statute next to that *criminal background* it will state the out come of the arrest meaning your sentence guilty not guilty sentenced 90 days etc.

This is a law in all states i believe.

As a Correction Officer of over 5 years even in ohio you must be fingerprinted at the time of arrest. OR after your release from jail scheduled by the courts. They CAN NOT hold you and STOP you from bonding out of JAIL!

@OnenessNow It might be helpful if you get the email list for the New York state legislature. Find businesses or organizations which are in favor of legalization. Organizations like medical, hospice, farmer groups, and LEAP. And don't forget to look up or sponsor a local Marijuana March event. These happen annually around the world. Usually the first weekend in May.
