you people need to stop hatin'! The only reason it's "boring" is it is because she is practicing flag in a place with no room, so she is not putting her all into it because she might hit something. But if she were to do it in a open space it would be really good :D

Actually, this was the song she made the routine to...I did use the clips&layered the song over it, though, because we filmed this during lunch break in the noisy band room.

How can i put this nicely? The release hands are sloppy, so are ur free hands. the routine is boring, and theres no personality to it. I'm captain for my color guard, and although we arent the greatest, my captain routine was alot better than that. and do some push ups the strength isnt there either.
