These are all tracked by the system and if its lost the fed assumes that its theirs. I've seen the numbers the FED has taken out of the treasury reported by Bloomberg Inc. It stands at nearly $25 trillion dollars. That nearly the GDP for the entire United States for 2 years. It looks like the FED is deliberately trying to implode the economy of the United States and with it goes the rest of the world as the US has the standard currency for most of the producing nations.
