Vague and people shouldn't be suggesting to others to reject the system (at least NOT YET) because those individuals still use the system to survive. I think a more appropriate time to encourage such bold action would be WHEN the system actually fails them and everyone around them.

I try to encourage people to rely less on the current system so when the music stops they won't need a chair.

given what the video's about I'd hope people got that I mean by non-violent means only. I wasn't advocating mass boycotts or anything, just basically repeating what PJ said in Z2... reject the system whenever possible. Don't own credit cards, don't buy things you don't need, don't buy mortages, don't work for banks or use them, or join the army, basically don't participate in this BS game they have us all playing.

@saydaysago2008 it's not that easy, we are perpetually faced with the system. What do you say for those young radicals who are thinking of leaving their parent's house? or are obliged to? Don't buy a mortgage? pay rent then? There's not much of a better alternative really. What do we resort to when change isn't accelerated enuff?

i agree and understand. that's why I said 'whenever possible'. we all still have to live our lives, and i'm as big a hypocrite as anyone, so don't believe anything i say anyways. make your own decisions :).

I'm do what I can, and I compromise often, probably more often than I should, but putting out these videos and being able to say what I think is true is therapeutic, and the more people who speak out, the less power the system will have.

I hope anyway.

There are armed revolutions going on all over and they accomplish nothing. the only true revolution is non-violent, a revolution of people's minds. An armed revolution is really just the restart of the hate/fear cycle.

With enough numbers, non-violent revolution does not have to be gradual. Either could happen quickly and spontaneously given the right circumstances.

To answer your question: I don't know what's more likely, but I know what I think will work, and what won't.

But don't you tihnk sooner or later violence between CLASSES, ultimately the have and the have nots... is inevitabe? I dont think we can afford to even convince cops or others well brainwashed by the system to stop defending it in time. The clock is ticking.

@seigneurvoland666 I think we HAVE to afford convincing the cops and troops that they are fighting to protect a system that does them harm.

If violence is inevitable, like you say, then we have no chance of making any real progress, not for another few generations anyways. If the real revolution happens from within, there is nothing more counter-productive to that revolution then violence.

Class struggle and resistance can happen without violence.
