For the fuse, I traced out my dimensions, with tabs and slots then wrapped the piece around the expansion post in the basement overnight. the nose was one piece, the cockpit was another, and they were glued and taped onto the main body.
Fan-Fold is pretty soft. Like a "rubbery-ish" Depron.
For "just cuttin n' pastin foam, she came out nice. Usually you just see a wonky looking profile fuse, but you do a nice job of coaxin that foam into real airplane shapes. You been taking lessons from that neffwaffe guy?
If you said "i need a rudder" one more time i'd have to come and add one myself to shut you up! ;-) lol..i think you need to take up basket weaving personally..you've convinced me NOT to follow your designs too...HAHAHA! ;-)
That's a nice piece of kit Matt ! Great looking plane. Funny to see that with every throw she flies better and better. You"ll get there .. I'm watching ;-)
Excellent tune. Thanks for using that group. Sonia Dada does good music too.
How did you get the foam to curve for the fuse? Did you cut lines on the inside of it? Or outside? Heat? - Ed

Good music is all I do.

Thanks!
I ended up taking it apart today. =^/
Gonna try a smaller size, but basically the same build style.

Tell me it doesn't need a rudder!
Who said I wanted you to follow my designs, anyway?!?!

Great Job Matt, do you have plans to have the canards working? it could help with the nose up attitude.
Keep up the good work my friend.

Cool plane! You are really thinking outside of the box. At least it flies, that's more than the skybus can say.

Ha, that was fun. Now if the real jet could be put back together with a bit of tape after a crash it would be a world beater. :)

Nice flying, Nish. I can't get my chicken to do any of those tricks. Talk about big leading edges.

Ha ha!
Yeah, pretty big, huh? They made it way too floaty. I cut them off already.
Making her a bit wider should help on the roll.
Thanks for the comment!

Look'in great Nish, you might have a slight tail heavy CG & she might me slightly under powered, very awsome euro-fighter!

@F3HDemonDriver
Thank ya!
Yeah, the CG is a big "?". Got to find my center of lift to get it right.
Actually, I think the MJV3(motor) puts out more thrust than is specified!
Have to do some testing to check the actual output. (Not that I don't trust Grayson Hobby or Welgard!)

Way to go, been working on this one for while, haven't seen you lately? lol

@youtwoba
Yeah, I built a small profile, then tried the "wrapping" of foam for the fuse. Then I just had to scale it up.
Not quite there, but close!
