  • Binga talks about this wicket in his bio

  • Kallis has always been susceptible against extreme pace and to some extent quality spin (warne/murali etc). When you make sure you really tuck in against the likes of West Indies and Zimbabwe your average and runs tally are obviously going to stack up. Would be interesting to see his record against Australia (how many 100s hes scored and if they have ever been match winning)

  • Well i suppose Kallis is still playing test cricket in the end, so he won in the long run lol

  • ahh the good old days

  • im South African, and dam, was that some insane bowling. Kallis is usually a calm headed dude, guess you got to litteraly hit him in the head to rattle him lol

  • @coltforish you mad bro?

  • i was at this game, and just saw myself at mid on hahaha

  • GETS HIS WHAT! HIS WHAT!

  • shohaib akhtar only played around 45 tests and Brett lee more than 76 tests...that also counts......Brett lee is far far better than shohaib and Tait....

  • wow that's good

  • THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT BACK THE "AUSSIES" ARE AUSSIES THEY ARE THE MOST HATED CRICKET TEAM IN WORLD AND WELL DESERVE SO

  • @coltfordish JEALOUSY

  • @coltfordish ur right...im an aussie and yeah the rest of cricket world hate us cause we are the best...pissed all over the rest you for 20 years....and shit on you aswell

  • @coltfordish Fans of other teams always hate the best in the world. Not just cricket, every sport.

  • what a great ball

  • It has to be said though that that was one hell of a short ball and one hell of a yorker. It is similar to the way Flintoff got Kallis out in England in 2005 I think. It is probably his one weakness, like Ponting falling over in the beginning of his innings. They all have them. Even Bradman was out for a duck once (lol).

  • @ncf1 Before you make statements from ignorance you should maybe check Kallis' win record, and also the Proteas win and loss record with and without Kallis. If you have not, and I know you haven't because I have done it in the past, you would see SA is better of with him. And he is getting better and showing all what they were missing out on 10 yrs ago because he played for his team. He has the quickest 50 in test cricket and one of the highest tally of tests won (70). (Ricky Ponting has 100).

  • @ncf1 Every SA player will tell you he plays that way because he is a team man. He was asked in late nineties to play a certain roll. In 2007 he was dropped for SA T20 World cup squad. This infuriated him since it was done by the same people who asked him to not play to his attacking potential. Since 2007 he has one of the highest Strike Rates in ODI's, his Test play has become more aggressive, and in 2010 he has twice posted his quickest Test centuries, one from 135 balls. He is a team man.

  • That really was beautiful! Very smart bowling, it's not all about pace and speed, but also about what you do with it!

    He's a legend in my book :)

  • I watched these two balls live, and it was magnificent.

  • yeah what bowling

  • fast and the furious

  • Taking stumps off people like Kallis and dravid....must be quite a feeling...

  • 149.7 kmph. Had he bowled that at high altitudes in South Africa, he would have gotten 153 kmph with the same effort.

  • @jumpnjza2 Not necessarily, since the effort of running up there and having the same arm speed would actually require more work...

  • brett lee love him,his smoking hot<<<<3333333

  • i saw 4 dislikes of this video............... who the fuck is this...... how a man can dislikes a video of brett lee... man..he's one of the fastest bowler in the world.

  • Before 2007, all Brett Lee really had was a bouncer, a slower ball, and a yorker. But that season against Sri Lanka and India, he turned into the complete package and was a worthy winner of the Allan Border medal (probably challenged only by Matthew Hayden). It's a shame that he's retired from Test cricket now due to injury, but it's good to see him doing well in ODIs again.

  • The thing about Kallis is, he is an excellent batsmen; of that there is no doubt. But he has lost more games than won for SA because of his selfish manner of batting. The guy's statistics are just amazing but he is never mentioned because of his selfish play and not team play.

  • @ncf1 AFAIK South Africa has won 60% of ODIs when Kallis played, won nearly 50% of Tests when Kallis played and lost only 25% of Tests. So,your argument isn't valid.

  • Brett Lee vs Jacques Kallis- FLOP! superb bowling, completely roughs him up and then GETS HIS... That is the flop my friend. Thats what the description box if for.

  • @cabinet96vids ??? No idea what you mean dude. I can see the whole title ok? Its 4 letters shorter than the limit, i tested it out.

  • @robelinda On the video screen it doesn't have man. But it might only be on my computer.

  • BIG YOKAAAAR!!!!!!!

  • Kallis has a defensive technique par excellence. If you set him up and get through his gate for sheer pace, you know you've done an awesome job.

  • He got Kallis with a bouncer at the Telstra dome as well in one of those ODI matches vs the World XI.

  • @Mladenovski28 I was just checking it out, worthy of an upload for sure!

  • @robelinda2 That wasn't a request, but if you are upto it, no dramas. If I recall, Binger set him up nicely that over.

  • @robelinda2 Speaking about good uploads from this series, the first two balls of the Super Test in Sydney, bowled by Harmison to Langer. Set him up beautifully, the first ball was a good length swinging back in, the second was full, swung in a cleaned up middle stump. This could be worthy of the 1000th vid I reckon.

  • @Mladenovski28 Put on my to do list......

  • @robelinda2 Only the other day Kallis was hit AGAIN on the helmet... if he played this way in the non helmet ways he would certainly have been seriously injured by the likes of Holding, Khan, Pascoe, Lillee and Roberts!

  • @rlparker88 Oh he has no idea against short balls, at all.

  • classic setup: fast, on-target bouncer that softens him up, then the big, quick toe-crushing yorker to finish him off.

  • perfect set up ball !

  • owned!!

  • sick bowling by lee

  • great technique: bowled the bouncer followed by the deadly yorker.

  • which year was this?

  • Lee and Allan Donald have the best actions ever!

  • Great Bowling!
