You take the trail out the east side of the parking lot on Rt.31 that takes you to Tunnel Rd. Then follow Tunnel Rd. all the way to where it splits off right before the trail to the Hiking Bridge over the turnpike. It is a bunch of hills beside the Penn Dot buildings right beside where the entrance to the never finished tunnel.
