  • good job scott!

  • I'm a rehabber, I rescue, raise and rehab and release raccoons. Thank you for helping the little raccoon, he was still a baby. Point though, very few raccoons carry the rabies virus - it kills within a few days, before the raccoon gets near people. Feral cats are more of a problem with this.

  • The leopard or whatever in the cage on 1:36 was like gimme gimme!

  • lol. messing with small cats like everyone kept as a pet raccoon doesnt give a shit

so he tried to messed with the big wild cats in the jungle n he is dead !! XD

  • Well done scott

  • " this racoon is not very happy"...YOU THINK?

  • LOL when they were walking with the raccoon in the net the leopard heart the noises and ran to the edge of the cage

  • snow leopard in my backyard ahmad creative productions

you can see all my work on wildlife

    unedited video

  • search snow leopard in my backyard ahmad creative productions you can able see my work

  • hi i am from hunza and i able to film snow leopard in my backyard he killed my 11animal in just one night but i do kill him and i make film of him every year 5 snow leopard killed by local people . so help me to give awareness to the people

and in my city on one can help to wildlife filmmaker to pro moat ther silkes so that why........................

  • @gilgit124 Can you upload the video?

  • @BigCatRescue how come no animal that scott gets out of the cages don't like him and i don't think the cats are to found of him eirther because he's taking a snack away lol jk

  • @whitetiger769 It's because the animals are stressed and also see Scott has another predator so they are scared and want to protect themselves as well. You're right about the cats though, he takes away there meal....

  • @BigCatRescue lol poor scott

  • if this is what you call a fight you best stay inside at all times of day

  • You guys rock thanks!

  • wow! that raccoon yelp sounded like a small dog.

  • Awe the baby coon <3

  • This should be titled Racoon being rescued from zoo cage

  • @Vorick6 Yeah the title is kinda misleading, but BCR is a sanctuary not a zoo :)

  • @BigCatRescue Could you explain the difference between a zoo and a sanctuary, in terms of money/fundraising? I know that zoos are mainly for visitors, and sanctuaries usually aren't. Is BCR nonprofit? If so, how do you get money to care for the animals?

  • @Willpie13 Yep, zoos breed, some sell and some allow contact with their animals. A true sanctuary like Big Cat Rescue does not breed, buy, sell or take their animals out in public. Also if our cats don't want to comes say hello to tour guests they don't have to they can stay off the tour path. Yes we are a non profit organization, we rely on tour revenue, individual donors and company sponsors to care for the cats :)

  • That's interesting. It almost makes zoos seem a bit cruel. I've always had an affinity for cats, so I like what BCR stands for. Have any of the cats ever reproduced, even though you don't try to breed them?

  • @Willpie13 Thanks for the support, yes, we have had cats breed at the sanctuary back in the 90's, when we were under the false impression that this was good for the species and/or we couldn't separate and fix cats in time.

  • the raccoon would win hands down

  • a barking racoon

  • good shout out on the raccoon, too many people try to make them into pets because they're so cute, but it's like having a mean-tempered monkey as a pet! Raccoons get into EVERYTHING, and they are too clever by half! Raccoons belong in the wild, just like big cats. And cat owners be careful, because too many house cats have - one way or another - gotten on the wrong end of a wild raccoon and come out much worse for the wear! Well done Scott for saving the little guy!

  • snack time snowy

wait allowed the raccoon get into the trash...cause im gonna stop ananimal with teeth sharper than a needle from gettin in my trash?

  • snack time snowy

  • Racoons are one of the most irritable mammals around, and they'll go after animals 5x their size!

  • i wonder why squirrels and raccoons would hang around there. there have to be a safer places than a cat sanctuary for them.

  • Oh, raccoons will steal a whole sealed jar of peanut butter from your campsite if you aren't careful. Luckily our jar was too large for the raccoon to get stuck in, and we found it, without a smidge of peanut butter remaining.

  • I WANT TO DONATE MY 5$ BILL!!!

  • now if people wern't so filthy and disposed of their litter properly......

  • @Sidcup12 well then we would just "allow them to get into our garbage can" lol

  • always keep your distance from raccoon's, they look tame or friendly most times. they are very wild and will chew you up.

  • how come you guys just don't let the cats eat them?

  • @sinfulxthin Its cruel and unnecessary and they could also be carrying diseases.

  • @sinfulxthin The cat was upset and the raccoon seem to know where to get help.

  • good job there!

  • that's not nice:/

  • O goodness, I'd never heard a racoon, they don't live here. Sounds like a tiny upset dog, kind of cute, poor thing though :(

Cloe wasn't really happy either :s

  • that cat was pissed

  • Raccoon Rescue :) Poor little thing, this is why i'd put people onto a lion's diet who throwing away trash in the forest/nature. These stuffs can be so dangerous to animals.

  • hmm..... tht must be the same raccoon tht billy (the extermaniator) caught with the jar on its head XD

  • I would laugh if he let him go on the tree, and it turned back and jumped him LOL

  • It's almost hard to take raccoons seriously when they are making that hilarious noise!

  • wow cute cats

  • Awesome job!!!! Cloe wanted to taste something new :) hehehe!!

  • have any of the cats ever actually caught a squirrel or something that unfortunately decided to wander into their cage?

  • @thehall92 Yep, this is common, squirrels, snakes, frogs etc...

  • any body else think that baby coon sounded like Hershal Walker from Squidbillies?

  • did chloe ever forgive you scott for taking her raccoon away she look mad

  • @lynnshell78 I think so, she doesn't like me though (camera guy) ??

  • I've noticed Cloe is a pretty aggressive. I haven't seen the other cats you have charge the camera as often as she does. Are the snow leopards just that much more aggressive, or are the other cats more use to human interaction and the camera?

  • @apharot She just doesn't like me (the camera guy) very much, especially when she want to eat the raccoon above her cage.... :)

  • Thats cruel to the snow leopard man - you should have put the raccoon in its cage for him to eat.

  • Stop naming your video's with misleading dumb ass titles !

You have a fab channel already so it's like watching a professor say...idk..like..

    "wut up DAWG?"

  • @Fergietoyou Sorry, we're just trying to get more views to reach a wider audience about what BCR does, we will tighten up in the future! Thanks for watching :)

  • @Fergietoyou u dont have to be so mean to people like them, they rescue cats and people like u are not helping.

  • What does that mean "Anyone has raccons around their house anyways"?

  • @melbrooksjew Scott said that if you kept your trash in containers and don't dump things outside where raccoons can get into it, you wouldn't have raccoons living around your house :)

  • the raccoon sounds like an ewok!

  • The snow leopard didn't look too happy that you saved his snack. The other leopard was so curious, it did the very un-cat like action of actually hurrying over in excitement LOL!

  • Racoon:ahhhhhhhh!!!! Snowleopard: DINNER!!!!!!!!! Racoon: I'm free from the snow leopard!!! Snow leopard: NO FAIR!!!

  • The raccoon had a cute angry noise. x3

  • Forget Spider and Superman, Scott needs a cape and mask....THE BIG CATS AVENGER!! Able to leap tall trees in a single bound....etc!! Love all that BCR does, and I hope you named the raccoon Skippy! :-)

  • Great job!!!

  • Poor sweet raccoon!!

  • 1:36 the leopard is like "I want that raccoon!!"

  • Beautiful BigCats . Wish they were nice.

ha Thanks for sharing this sweet video.

Happy for everyone. Yall did a good job, teamwork. ~~Ava~~ :))

  • I dont wish they were nice. then they would make easy targets for the hunters and would easily be taken as pets.

Your snowleopard seems feisty. the ones at the zoo i work at are much better tempered :P

  • Would the cat get rabies if it ate the raccoon?

She sure didn't care about that, she wanted that raccoon. : )

  • It depends if the raccoon were rabid or not?

  • Great job guys, and you're right about raccoons. They can be just as vicious as any big cat, I've seen them kill fully grown dogs. If it had fallen in the snow leopard enclosure it might have done some serious damage to the kitties on it's way to lunchdom. Excellent advice: Raccoons may be cute, but they make TERRIBLE pets.

  • did everyone hear that? littering can kill!!! i am the kind of person that puts up others trash outside not for my health but for the earths health and the strays and birds and other beautiful animals romming the streets!!! great job guys!

  • I'm a wildlife rehabber and I want to thank Scott for assisting the little raccoon. Please remember to keep your trash secure at all times! In this day of plastic, there are so many deadly pieces of throw away items that are capable of trapping animals and dealing a slow, tortuous death.

  • I want to say "Thank you" to you to have rescued the raccoon.

And to the "intelligent" human who threw away the trash I want to say: Look, what you have nearly done to that poor little animal!

  • good job

  • Hahaha why do animals always find their way to the Snow Leopard enclosure?! I love how the (golden) Leopard was anxious to get at the Raccoon in the net!

  • No idea! The snow leopards are situated near our boundary though close to other land. That was Reno the golden leopard, he just wanted to play too!

  • You don't even receive a proper "thank you" from the rescued animals, but rather angry snarls and paw swipes.

Helping these cats (and the occasional raccoon) is truly selfless. :)

  • That's very true! The raccoon acted like they liked the jar on its head!

  • Poor little guy - thanks for taking the opportunity to add that bit of info about raccoons and littering, to let people know =D.

  • Loving the dramatic music at the start, haha.

  • Thanks, they look like the reservoir dogs :)

  • get the trash off its head- made me burst out laughing

  • Another mission accomplished!

    <3

  • Brilliant rescue and release, BigCat team!

You do so much wonderful work for ALL animals! You've got my vote!

  • once again...great team work BCR:)) and like always scott makes rescuing angry animals seem so effortless! do u get a lot of these types of situations? u guys are awesome. liked scott's "breakdown of events" in the intro and also that it was "creamy" peanut butter......LOL. no more pb and j for u guys.

  • These situations don't happen all the time, especially when the animal has a peanut butter jar stuck on its head!

  • aw cute :)

i think its funny when ur taking the raccoon away in the backround tht leopard is pacing back and forth like give me tht it looks yummy!!

i love both the snow leopards :) herc is my fav though....hes just so dang cute lol

  • good job scott!

  • Yay!!!!

5 thumbs up 4 saving little critters

  • Thanks for saving the little critter!

  • Snow leopard thinks, "Dude, aren't you supposed to be providing food for me? What's the deal with taking it away?"

Raccoon thinks, "Ha! I totally scared off those weird, tall, hairless critters with my mean, mean growling. I am The Raccoon."

Scott and the other humans think, "Thank heavens no one got hurt."

  • You're pretty much spot on with these :)

  • Great rescue Scott! I have raised these for rehab and yes they can get very mean. Great animals however. I love them all. Snow leopards are my number one fave cat too!

  • Who's your favorite Hercules or Cloe?

  • Why is it always around the snow leopard area?

  • It's not always around the snow leopards that we have to rescue animals, just the ones where we need to film, the weird cases!

  • Thanks Big Cats. Raccoons are a priority to. I saw this before with a full grown raccoons only it was a glass bottle. What a cutie. You could tell it was young. Just to cute.

  • Great job guys! That snow leopard sure looked hungry!! Poor little racoon!

  • Omg it looked dead at first. Cute creature tough

  • I think they are nasty when they feel threatened as this one obviously was in a net. We used to have them on campus, best to keep a distance and not feed them, but if you respected them, they lived in peace & harmony right next to our buildings in some trees. People have a lot of undeserved fear and hatred for them to the point of paranoia...But since I was in my studio at the campus all hours of the night I got to see their behavior. They can live in relative peace besides humans.

  • AND I MEAN not as PETS...LOL, JUST TO BE CLEAR.

  • Yep, they're always seen as pets and disease carriers I guess, but common sense and understanding helps people a lot to see them as the wild animals they are that deserve their space. Glad you don't want one as a pet :)

  • "Because you know, nothing can be easy here."

Lol I'm sure all your hard work the animals appreciate.

  • guys, your wonderfull in saving animals

  • THANKS!

  • HAHAH the pissed off noises the racoon makes.. rrrrow! rrrooow!!

and people who litter should be set on fire..

  • i LOVE snow leopards... probably my favourite big cat..

  • Me too, I like Hercules, he's a cool, but scary cat at the same time!

  • I love how u guys helped it and everything :D

  • Yaaaay, the little raccoon is safe! Your videos always bring a smile to my face, seeing all the great work you do.

  • Thanks for watching!

  • Ballsy, Scott! A raccoon can be tough to deal with. Big one or little, they have one heck of a bite!

  • that snow leopard looked really peeved at not getting her snack.

  • She was!

  • Isnt a Snow leopards usual habitat snowy and rocky Rather than woods? Just wondering how they cope with it.

lol, well everbody has to have thier Peanut Butter! glad everyone was safe!

  • They usually live in the mountain terrain, but these snow leopards have never known that, so lots of vegetation is fine for them they like it, plus we give them air conditioned dens to escape the heat if needed :)

  • Interesting! thanks for answering, and for all the rescuing!

  • lol it seems most the time when other animals get into cages, its the Snow Leopards cage :p

  • ohhh the snow leopard is sooo cute !!!

  • I think she's scary!

  • "it's way up in a tree above our snow leopard cages because nothing can be easy here" LOL

  • That's the way it always is :)

  • I know, tell me about it! Glad we saved them both from being snow leopard snacks!

  • I love when it barks at 1:26 :-D

  • he might have done it when they was sleeping? otherwise id think the only thing u would have found was a raccoon hat.... lol

wouldnt that be weird, u just look at the snow leopard and think, hmm theres something different about it [it has a raccoon hat] XD that would be like creepy....

im happy the big kittys were not hungry enough to eat the raccoon =3

  • I think if the racoon fell it was to be free lunch for the snow leopards but the racoon was hanging on a thin branch so the leopards cannot reach it.

  • lol the leopards wanted a free lunch

  • Yeah Cloe wanted to try a new kind of meat!

  • WOOOHOOOO! Way to go BCR Crew!

  • Thanks, we made it look easy!

  • man that snow leaopard is buetifal!!!!!!

  • Wow!!

  • More like Scott Lope vs. Raccoon, but fortunately both were were winners.

  • True :)

  • I love the Jaguar at 1:36. I CAN HAS?

Great job with the racoon <3 I'm glad it got out of that mess safely, thanks to you guys.

  • That was a leopard, we don't have any jaguars at BCR :)

  • aww poor raccoon

  • we admire you all for the fantastic job you´re doing.

  • Thanks for the support!

  • you are doing a great job.

I tried to vote on facebook, but it means i have to become a fan and if i klick on that button to become a fan and vote then, it gives me an error message, that i'm not a fan. :( I tried it often, but it wont worl :(

  • Ok i got it. That one button is bugged, but that one on the side still work. I voted for you ;)

  • Thanks for your persistence! We appreciate it :)

  • More video's of the snow leopard please. That thing is incredibly beautiful

  • I wanna vote, but wich is it I should vote for.. there's a number of Big cat rescues.;P

  • Thanks, np^^

  • your snow leapord looked so dissapointed lol

  • Yep she wanted a raccoon appetizer before she was fed later that day :)

  • oh that rascally raccoon! good job guys!

  • You could rename yourselves:

    BIG CAT AND RACCOON RESCUE

    Hahahahaha!

    I love this video

  • Wow! Chloe is BEAUTIFUL!! However, she does not seem as friendly as Hercules. Hooray for saving the bandito! And yes, racoons are nothing to trifle with. Cute and savage describes them best! Kudos to Big Cat Rescue!!!

  • look out, he is plotting his revenge....XD look into those little dark beady eyes of his XD or hers? X3

omg thats one lucky raccoon, how he get into snow leopard territory in the first place? he must be ninja related. XD

  • The snow leopard enclosures are at the edge of our property neighboring other land, he probably wandered on from there!

  • that's terrible... i found a cat stuck in a jar or something of cat food so i removed it right away and let the poor cat free and probably saving her from getting hit by a car...

    nice job BCR!

  • It would be bad if the snow leopards got in contact with the raccoon. I don't know what diseases that the raccoon would give a snow leopard. Rabies is just the one we know about.

You know a raccoon is ticked when it makes that woofing squall.

  • Those snow leopards look totally awesome by the way, one of the coolest big cats ever imo.

  • I agree, Hercules is one of my favorites!

  • Maciolek, can you clarifiy?? :)

  • why is it you only have to rescue the local wildlife from the snow leopard cages or are those just the only ones that make it to web.

  • Local wildlife is all we have?

  • Haha its CRAYZEE!

  • well done bitcatrescue

  • hahaha yay! that snow leopard was so cute! and that lucky raccoon.... hahahaha so cute.

  • Touching! I love you, guys!!!
