Man, that's rough. This def. doesn't help racial relations; I don't get why it's such a huge deal to see your mother-in-law before she dies, I wouldn't care that much, imo, but yeah, not that cool.

Fortunatly, they gave him 2 choices: Quit or get fired. He chose the former.
