Yeah right. Where's MSU Unpredictable? Warsaw Eagles? the first team from Zagreb?
I accept that ICPC is more about popularization of computer science and less about identifying the best, but it really pisses me off when they still claim stuff like this. The world finals are not the top 100 teams, they are the best teams from each region, and there's a huge difference.
I agree with misofac, still I'm a bit jealous that I can't join. PFF!
