What did the city of Pismo Beach have to do with it? If you're not aware, it's officially "Oceano Dunes" and not within Pismo city limits (which is why the name changed years ago). But, does Pismo support the event?
Thanks for the information. My original references made it appear that Pismo Beach and Ocean Dunes were interchangeable. After further reading due to your comment, I see that corrections should be made.

BTW, when you upload the video on vimeo, enter the tags "hv20" and "hd" so we can easily search for it and add it to the proper channels.
