  • Прекрасный усилитель... действительно универсален, для любой музы! Как по мне, он объединил и Маршал и Месу, даже превзошёл их,

  • great sound !!! like this amp.

can tell me about your cab it's Celestion V30 or not

  • hmm... i prefer the savage boss!

  • LOL... "Engl Envahdurrrrr" so hilarious

  • Engl is the best!

  • whats the first song your playing

  • @cory0313 no to esps, there overpriced (LTD AS WELL) jacksons way to go for metal, and godins are also akazing guitars for their price, thir canadian made for even the 500 dollar ones.

  • @crazylocoguitar Hell jackson usa cost twice as must as a esp standard, they are better though... I think the best guitars are RAN can get everything you want for the price of a jackson USA.

  • Has big massive overloaded, hairey BALLZ....does it not?

  • Такая вещь... Милле из Kreator использует. Один только минус-стоит до чёрта.

  • whats ur adress??

  • I have ENGL Fireball.ENGL is perfect for THRASH/DEATH metal.GERMANY qualities.Good sound for myself.

  • That clean tone is fucking beautiful!!!! How much did you get that beast(amp) for?

  • @grumpy165 the invader 150 runs anywhere from 2500 to +3000 depending on where you go and if you buy online or not.

  • Красивенько звучит... все что нужно любому гитаристу в одно коробке...

  • Круто) Зашибись, а я вот думаю для дома - либо инвейдер, либо суверен)

  • @cory0313 check out shecter

  • how much is that amp head?

  • @KMG117 3500

  • @cory0313

That's why you go to look at some 90's MIJ Ibanezs. It's like drinking the finest of fine champagnes on the budget of lucky lager.

  • dude turn that up

  • Nice!

  • @SatanNazi That's true, and I obviously know how to spell "Broke", I was just being a silly billy haha.

  • это все дома используется? ))

  • @Distlover нет конечно))) это на студии.

  • and exept for that additionnal 50 watts, are there any differences between the 150 and the 100 ?

  • @SatanNazi haha wow, they musta been brokeded or sumthin, both brands can pull of any genre you throw at it (especially with the coil tap in the ESPs) :)

  • @SatanNazi I guarantee you the coil tap feature makes some of the the best cleans, but ill jus let u win. Fighting online is like playing in the special olympics, even tho you win, your still retarded ;D

  • @SatanNazi Lol um Schecter Hellrasier V-1 FR. Has a Mahogany body, Maple neck, an fuck ebony, rosewood is better for dark tones. And an official Floyd rose. On top of that is an EMG81TW/89 pickup set with coil tapping ability. 900 Dollars.

They also have the Blackjack ATX V-1 FR with Ebony fingerboard, mahogany body, Maple Neck, V shape, and with semour duncan active Blackouts and an original Floyd rose. oh an both are V shaped.

so there i answered ur question.

  • @SatanNazi Ha i dont buy LTD's I like Hellraisers which Completely own a standard BC rich guitar, much less expensive too. Price doesnt make the biggest difference. Not everyone has the monsterous amount of money u may have. Id much rather pay for a cheaper guitar with the same specs as a BC rich then pay for an actual BC rich for jus twice the money an a different shape. Sound is what matters. most BC rich guitars seem more for show and not go. Dont get me wrong, some are great, but not all.

  • @SatanNazi Eh. Shape is all that they are good for. The only ones that are good are the ones with the EMG's and the REALLY expensive ones like the handcrafted kerry kings. Other then tat, ESP has way better and much cheaper guitars the BC rich. Not to mention better tuners. Every BC rich i have played, for some reason, have shit tuners except for the ones with Grover tuners, which are usually the more expensive BC rich guitars.

  • @SatanNazi yes they are, but the Schecters are a higher quality instrument....I have owned many of both...and My schecter c1 plus ($550) blew away my old eclipse from a couple years ago($1000+ i think) they just feel more solid my old devil custom ($770) was also a better instrument...and came stock with emg 81/85...yes both companies are owned by the same entity, but they are still seperate companies, and both have seperate quality and workmanship standards, of which schecter 's are MUCH better

  • Invaders are bad ass! I just bought the fireball 100 great amp also! try a Mullard high gain tube reissue 12ax7 in the v6 its more smoother with added bite

  • @cory0313 ESP > Ibanez for sure (I have both)

  • @cory0313 ESP is fucking amazing, I got an ESP Horizon nt 2, a case, and extra duncans for $1150 CAD :) :) :) !

  • @psychostew911 tats not bad for a horizon series at all

  • @jaki54321 I know eh !

  • @cory0313 your simply wrong.........SCHECTER ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!.....esp is good though

  • mesa=eargasim. lmao

  • what sort of cab would go well with the engl savage? (im looking for a djent tone)

  • @bandjaming Orange! Best thing you can do for your rhythm tone, and tons of djent bands use them.

  • @ThrashGuru666 thanks should i go for the 212 or 412?

  • @bandjaming It depends. Tone-wise, they're more or less the same. The 2x12's a bit tighter, but the 4x12's louder, and a lot heavier weight wise. Both a good choice

  • @bandjaming BOTH!

  • Great playing and tone!

Btw. thanks for playing that riff from 0:19-0:30 - I was composing a song and I composed this riff- but now I know that it was made before. :) Thanks!

  • Only thing I'm gonna say is if you can still here your pick attack when you're recording, you're not pushing your head enough to get the amazing tones it has... Engl still sounds amazing even though it could sound better.

  • great playing, and tone.

  • Lovel amp however, I'd prefer the Ritchie Blackmore. The Invader has too many dials for my taste and I prefer my amps to be more simple.

  • I would kill to have this top (and the amp too!) but It's soooo damn expensive =/

  • This is my dream fucking rig, I am currently saving up :) Yippy!!!!!!!!! CANT FU%^IN WAIT!!!!!

  • I must agree carvin's are amazing. And i actually love the suhr sound with with blower button they are great guitars. But if you are going for a truly versatile instrument that is hand made with every spec you want for the same price as a factory prs or anything in that range, Warriors are the way to go. Best sounding feeling instrument i have ever touched. -Thom

  • for budget wise, esp focuses on metal 2 much, like jackson, still good guitars just not my preference, except for jap made ESP

  • of course ernie balls arnt for people who are on a budget. but you can get a usa made guitar for 1600 compared to gibsons 2000-3000. so its actually a pretty good deal. ltd does make good low priced guitars tho.

  • I have the invader 100 and its amazing. nope they're nto the same thing. The 150 has a middy highrange that you cant get rid of.

  • ernie ball musicman > any ibanez

  • no way

  • yes way

  • woh buddy, thats a pretty big assertion. I've played both, and I actually like the feel of the rg's neck profile more. Ernie ball is great as well, but if you really wanna go all out Parker seems to be the winner.

  • Disagree'd.

Parker's are damn nice. An old teacher had a Fly Deluxe in green, but they're sort of cold sounding. Suhr is definitely the all out winner. As of yet the only comparative guitar to a Suhr I've ever seen is a Conklin which costs in excess of 10 grand.

    My 2 cents.

  • Actually, I talked to somebody recently who made parkers in the factory. He told me that they are crap lolol. So my opinions a bit changed.

I would agree, Suhr is amazing, but I hate their body designs. They have a bit of cork sniffery to them.

Never tried a conklin, but I'm not spending 10 grand on a piece of wood and metal.

  • If you don't mind elaborating (cause I really would like to hear the dirty details on the subject), what did that guy say made the Parkers crappy? I personally think they're great guitars, but I don't really feel they're for me. The tones are great especially for how thin they are, but it's still just too... plain for my taste, I guess? My friend has 3 Parkers from all different price ranges and he HAS had some trouble with hardware components on 2 of them so....

  • You would have to speak to the guy I talked to. From what I remember it was the assembly, some materials and standards. He did fret work and stuff close to the fretboard so I'm guessing he did his stuff right. But it seemed like he thought the parts weren't very quality on it and they didn't check like they should. In his opinion it was WAY overpriced.

  • If you are looking for a guitar btw, Carvin is a great choice.

I just got one for 1000 and I love it. Stainless steel frets, ebony board, swamp ash body, tung oiled neck, WELL shielded cavity (which is rare these days), good electronics and it looks amazing. Look used too if you do that, you can get a good price.

The only thing you have to watch out for is their quality control. You can get a fluke every once and a while but you can return it or if its easily fixable send it back for that.

  • as much as i love ibanez, i have 2 agree

  • Would the extra 50 watts in the 150 watt model make much of a difference? I understand that it would create more headroom, but surely 100 watts has sufficient headroom...Plus wouldn't the amp have to be super-loud to get the tubes warm? (Without a Attenuator).

  • Privet! Kak y teba dela?

  • crispy clean and open distorsion

  • what's the main difference between invader and powerball?

  • inavder is like 2 powerballs(lol). both offer same channel features but invader has 2 additional and a 100 and 150 models. basically it

  • The Powerball is also more sterile sounding and in my opinion more transistory. I'm not a big fan of the Powerball just my opinion though.

  • Invader is a bit more versitile, as in has a bit more channel, where as the pwerball has 2 channel, but four modes, the invader has 4 seperate channels, you can get all the sounds of an invader froma powerball - and vice versa

The invader just has that extra cherry on top - personally I have a powerball

  • do engl amps have reverb? just started searching about them, havent really noticed.

  • no, they don't ..

  • @andrus393 the special edition has a reverb ...

  • @andrus393: Bummer.

  • @16540516 Yes they do! Some of the combo's have reverb and some of the heads have reverb inbuilt via the footswitch only.

  • @16540516 yes they have.. I have the ENGL powerball and it has a contour reverb built in along with a noise gate.

  • @16540516 some older ones had reverb...but the current ones haven't.

  • @16540516 my engl screamer has reverb and it's sick, best amps out there mate

  • hey what's the difference between Invader 100 and 150? only watts?

  • yees i think

  • invader 100 sounds better

  • thought i heard u playing annihilator for second there. Great amp!

  • Man I'd do anything except gay sex to get one of these :-/

  • Hey man, the only thing you need is some $ ))))))

  • It's true lol

  • But it's so hard to find lol

  • You can find some in the bank ;)

  • @andrus393 "SOME" $ ?!?!?!

  • awesome guitar tone

  • Great video. Amp sounds great:D

  • Man.. where are you originally from? As I hear you are slavic and so am I, so I'm just curious.

  • I'm from Russia

  • aaa.. Well I heard words as tretji kanal etc. and it is the same in my language. I'm Slovenian.

  • Going to visit metalcamp?

  • probably yes :D

  • Well I am sure I am going. All the way from the Netherlands. 16 hours of driving!!! But its worth it. I also went last year. Best time of my life:D

  • Hehe.. Well I'll go with the train. It'll take around 3 hours. :D

  • vooooooooov

  • Nice amp, and nice playing too!

Though I'm wondering which amp is better:

    ENGL InVader 150

    or

    MesaBoogie Triple Rectrifier

I'm thinking of buying one of those two, so all responses are more than welcome!

  • It depends on what sound you like) the amps are very different) any way I decided to change my Triple Recto to Invader and I'm not dissapointed of my disicion. I'd recomend you to try Invader 100, an improoved version of 150.

  • Well, I'm mostly into extreme metal, but I also like to play various other styles of music, like blues, and stuff like that.

What's better about the InVader 100 that the 150watt version doesn't have? I mean, it has less power, but that doesn't sound like an improvement to me, or am I wrong?

  • Emm ..... i'm not sure about some imporatnt improvements on 100's version, but i've seen lot's of 150 owners who sold'em for 100 .... that's the fact) don't know the reason))) some say it sounds better ... may be some eq improvments ...

if your main style is extreme metal, then buy invader 100 .. for sure .. it sounds great on low tunning.

  • Ok, thanks a lot for the info!

  • you welcome))

  • I had a choise of what I wanted, It was between a Mesa Triple and a Peavey 5150 II, and personally, the 5150 II blows away any Mesa out there on the market.

  • Ok, thanks, I'll see if I can check that one out too!

  • Could you give me title for that song?

  • Song? I was improvising.

  • would u say this amp is better than the powerball?

  • beyond all doubt, it's much more better .... in every sence

  • I agree

    it`s totally in another league

  • suppa duppa tight shit

  • the part is cool! is already cool, I must say! only the mesa box so it doyou can play well, I must say!es not fit!

  • You can hear that you play 9's on that EBMM

  • I wish they made these with 6L6 tubes

  • yeah right, for me this is the best death metal amp in the world, perfect tone for me, i prefer the invader at my ****** ENGL steve morse signature lol, but the steve morse are a good amp too, but i prefer the Invader much more for the heavy tone metal.

  • you play good and it sounds good!
