Cambell's hit was shoulder 2 shoulder. Was there a penalty for it. NO!!!! When Drury got hit, he had already passed the puck, and for the record, his head was up dumbass. The penalty called on Neil was for fighting with Stafford, not for the hit. He had passed the puck and was hit exactly 0.48 secounds afterwards, ( Sportsnet timed it ) thats not late. Drury couldnt see it because he was admiring his pass. My 6 year old son knows not to do that. So tell your captain to keep his fucking head up, and it might help if you actually played the game sometime, then you would know what the fuck you were talking about Dumbass

First of all his head was up "dumbass". Watch this video again and u can see that Neil was coming from behind. Drury was looking to see where the puck was going and to see if it got turned over or not. All the hockey experts say that this was a dirty play. And ur a retard 4 thinking that Neil got the penalty 4 fighting. Stafford attacked him and Neil didnt fight back because he is a pussy. I was at the game and the announcer and the ref said that the penalty was 4 ROUGHING!!

Mordecai, Niel being a cheap player is a matter of opinion, if players dont expect to get hit in the NHL or aren't expecting to get hit at certain times, odds are they are going to get hit, it is a full contact league, therefore your argument is invalid.

Well if that's what you want to think then fine, however there are tons of other people who watch hockey and play it as well who wouldn't disagree with my opinion.
And just because it's full contact doesn't give you the right to hit from behind, punch someone with no intention to fight, or run our captain. Neil has done all of this stuff and is a classless dirtbag. We can chirp back and forth all day about the drury hit but the fact is that there's other vids of neil doing shit out there.

Mordecai, Chris Neil is a vicious player, but at the end of the day the hit on Drury was clean, just like the Bell hit on Alfredsson last year was vicious and clean. When Patrick Eaves got hit by Colby Armstrong in the playoffs, Bryan Murrays comment was that he felt bad for his player but he should have had his head up just like Drury.
This is how a hit like this should be handled, you take it like a man and keep your head up next time.
