Amala was also black and looked a realistic hue (for a black and white game) whereas Black Baron looked jet black with bright white lips . I think Baron was simply just a white guy painting himself up. It fits the whole offensive and crass humour of the game. Either way, this guy is not the same one as Black Baron from Madworld.

@BeautifuButPsychotic that's why I said most likely, I personally think he could be black, in a black and white game. and as for him being someone else It's a bit like comparing the madworld Jack and Leo to the Anarchy Reigns one's, they look really upgraded, Jack is much more buff, his hair is a bit longer and combed back, in the first one he had a crew cut, and a beefier chainsaw. Leo has longer hair and the obvious replacement of some limbs.
