i throughly enjoyed kate hudsons and gena rowlands performances in this movie, what a twist it has, and it was a true thriller your freaking out, try watching it in surround sound with all the lights out spooky :)

@junyita I agree! Totally. I kept thinking about this movie's sad ending for weeks n ow. I mean, it's really sad (you're young and gorgeous then tricked into being trapped into an old person's body...then be given with pseudostroke?!). I was hoping that there would be a sequel where Caroline's bestie would reverse the spell and defeat Mama Cecile and Papa Justify or sumthn like that.

@ChocoSyrupOnMyAbs , The old man knocked the mirror away because he saw his reflection. Remember, that the old man was not really the old man. Inside the old man, was the spirit/soal of the lawyer. Also, the old woman had stated that she had removed all the mirrors. The old man reacted that way because when looked into the mirror he wasn't seeing who he really was.

THE END SUCKS..she could have moved a little so that the mirror wouldn't have fallen on her of threw the knife and stub the granny or tried to leave the circle,come on she didn't even try....i can think of a million things she could have TRIED to do..

First of all, she couldn't avoid the mirror because the circle wasn't that large so she could step aside. Secondly, she should be very accurate to kill the granny by throwing the knife. And finally, she knew that there was no way of leaving the circle, since she believed all that stuff. Anyway, I agree that the end sucks xD but the rest of the movie was amazing
