it works with ANY number that is multiplied by 11. you can also do this method with 12,13,14,15,16 and so on. but before doing so multiply the number with 2 (if you have f.ex. 723589*12, multiply it by 3 if you have 2357*13 and multiply it by 4 if you have *14 and so on.)

I'm not sure if you put this in, but if the number you're multiplying with, n x 11, say the two numbers add up to more than 9, two digits, you just carry the number over onto the first number to the right. e.g. 97 x 11, (9 + 7 = 16), you just carry the extra 1 from 16 onto the 9, making it 1067
