After seeing all her crazy interviews, this is a change. It's not better or worse than her other interviews (which make me laugh hysterically-she has great comedic timing), it's just different.
Hooray for Kristin Chenoweth! What a spectacularly multi-faceted person!
I think she's more reserved in this video because, normally, she really plays off of the crowd, and there is no crowd here...it's kind of awkward. She seems to be getting sick, maybe, or at least exhausted as well.
she used the same trick for wicked. Idina Menzel would be dying of laughter before a show and Kristin would say "Dead puppies Dead puppies" but it didn't work then.
If you do Tavis Smiley or Charlie Rose, I think these shows are more candid than the other talk shows. I look up to Tavis A LOT and he's a hero of mine in broadcasting. And I LOVE Kristin Chenoweth!!! Soo funny, soo sweet, and so talented. I'm gonna marry her one day.
Hahaha. Kristin is so funny but it's weird seeing her be so mellow in an interview. I guess she's just really tired from everything she'd been doing. But I love the questions that he asked her. Very good questions. "Helen Keller, blind and deaf person, dead puppies, cancer..." Hahahahahaha. Love Cheno!!!
Thanks so much for posting this interview. I didn't get the chance to see it when it was on originally, and I always adore watching Kristin in anything. So thanks a bunch!
When she talks about "dead puppies", that reminds me of another interview that she did where she mentioned the Nicole Kidman and her had to say that during the filming of Bewitched. I guess that's what she must say all the time, huh? Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for putting this up. I LOVED RV! =]
@KristinIndeed It's also on PBS so that might be why it is more subdued. She's such a sweetheart and such a talented actress. Amazing singing voice. I wish she would do music full time but she's a great actress too. Have you heard her sing The Song Remembers When?
