ive done henna on darker women and it does appear. but you have to make sure the henna your using comes out a dark brown for darker people as orange will not show. It is easier if you aply it on their palms. i hope this helps.
chek out our mendhi channel! its new and not properly made yet . fanx
well trust me, no one else is going to be able to become as good as the professionals =)..seriously. I know I can't, but it's a fun thing to learn to do just like they teach people how to do their own manicures and makeup and such when they're makeup artists and nail salons out there. So don't be so uptight. When the public wants it done professionally, they'll go to a professional. Plus, professionals are quite expensive. I'm Muslim, and I get it done every year. I know.
Arabs were the first to use henna as it is in the culture of Muslims. Then the Persians brought the henna into India where Islamic culture was so strong.
'arabic' design is the definition used in India for non -figurative and lace-like henna as opposed to Indian traditional style, that also has peackocks, fruits, gods or even people depicted etc., there is also Indo-arabic henna, that mixes both styles. It's the name of the style and not a regional definition...
well true but henna started from india then it spread out but anyways i think ppl know how to hold the henna cone anway so u shud have focused on zooming on the designs knowing we can get them anywhere on the net
:P ... i wonder if we would be able to see any henna .. on a black lady ... cause some of the dark complexion ladies in india also are unable to get the henna patterns to show up clearly...
no need to be rude. I don't think it was supposed to provide you with designs, which are easy enough to find online, but to educate on the characteristics of arabic style.
you can look up henna patterns in your library. their are tons in books. some show simple patterns and others are complex. ive found plenty on the internet, including the best pastes to use adn the best way to preserve the henna design on your skin. just look around. :D
