@PlanetVerdia most of the animal slaughter videos are reenactions by PETA. I have seen the 'real' videos and yes it sucks however I really dont care. I dont shield my eyes from it, I revel in it because that is what it is to be a real carnivore. In fact I plan to raise and slaughter my own livestock when I get the land to. Hunters also kill their food for themselves, and I am sure they said "scientists may be right or wrong" when someone said animals felt pain as well.

The meat industry in america does have problems and that I will not deny. That is why when possible I try to buy from more reliable and hopefully humane sources. Honestly, I think it is rude to say women turn away then cook, men do just as much, how many men, really, could and would kill something bigger than a fish with their hands?
