If you're talking about the slow zoom of docky the solution is to install new drivers by nvidia, 180 instead of 177. Alternatively you can remove zoom and everything is fine.

looks really good, but did you tweak it or it just worked for you cause for me it seemed having a lot of trouble with compiz.
dunno really why this is but it just shifts everything in slowmotion
