yeah i like the web cam idea really well and i think the best way to run would be to have like scheduals like every friday at 9pm you will be on webcam answering questions live because if you don't people who want to talk will most likly miss you and if you go on at randum times of the week nobody may be on at all... so yeah the best idea is have a table with the days of the week on and stuff and put slots in when you are deffinatly avalible.

Do the web show!!! That would be awesome! Get a webcam, you can not only do the web show with it, you can use it for lots of other things. If it's a good one you might be able to shoot some vids with it (seeing you've been having some minor trouble with your normal video camera. It would be well worth the money and like you said it would be heaps of fun doing a live show it would really help your viewers get to know you and you might even get to know some viewers!
