358/2 days pretty much pissed me off. I have been playing since KH1 and well, it pissed me off more than Chain of memories. The fighting was very difficult and if your interested into what they did in Org IX, than sure play it. But this game gets rather boring after awhile, I gave up on day 200 somethin...after getting this game I'v lost the will to even buy the 3DS one, and Re:coded :/ Though I want them for my collection....

@jonigarza Oh no don't worry about that. I made this before the game was out in English as I speak Japanese and live in Japan.  And just a note, it's Japanese not Chinese. I doubt you've ever played a game from China. Mario, Zelda, Final Fantasy: These are all Japanese games.

To be honest, I love Kingdom Hearts, but the only portable KH game so far that can be mentioned in the KH series is Birth By Sleep, and possibly KH3D ( it's not out yet so we don't know.. )

358/2 Days and Re:Coded just seem to be there to expand the story...

I bought the game because I'm a huge Kingdom Hearts fan and Roxas WAS my favorite Chracter (before I played days). It was just too disappointing how this game was made for nothing but money.

And the story really isnt'....."good" at all.

The camera issues can be easily solved by going to the options menu and going to Camera COntrol B (not sure on the name). This way, you can hit L and R to move the camera around like in the PS2 game. And holding L and R brings up your shortcut menu, and double-tapping R to lock onto an enemy.

Don't get me wrong I love KH. But I am very worried about the qualitiy of the seris. Because after KH2 you see that square enix is kinda cutting and pasting characters and levels from the major platform games 1 and 2 and just making new games out of those materials. You see this in 358 days and Re- COM. Now I see this new KH 3D coming out and what do we see! Traverse Town and "KH1 Sora" and "KH1 Riku" character models. I really hope I am wrong about my expectations about KH3D.

I found Kingdom Hearts 358+2=360/2=180 Days to be both a great game and a huge letdown. The great game part doesn't need explanation, but the letdown came from, well, what you said. Exploring the same areas 20 times in a row after already have beating KH2 11 times was downright terrible. And I found the 'baby' you speak of to be terrible. This is an action-RPG. I shouldn't have to need to equip so much of one spell to use it.

You know that you can swap to the second control config and the triggers serve to rotate the camera, yes? Much easier. Take time to fiddle with the options before reviewing.

Alright. 358/2 is about Roxas (Sora's Nobody) from his birth in KH1 to the start KH2. It fleshes out his character and the character of the other organization XIII members. It also explores on their motivations and goals.

Birth by Sleep is set 10 years before KH1 and follows the last group of keyblade masters before Sora on their final mission. It sets up the background for the first Kingdom Hearts and shows the origins of many Kingdom Hearts characters and leaves hints about KH3.

Actually, the camera is only bad if you have Type A camera. Go to the settings to change it, so you can move the camera left and right using L and R

Well, Ven is in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for the PSP. He fights alongside Terra and Aqua. The character in this game is Roxas. This game is just a bunch of backstory to Roxas, that's it. Birth by Sleep is just what happened before KH1. It has nothing to do with the other protagonists in the original games (exept Mickey). I hoped I answered your questions. ^^

I got this game and patched it to english.. way back when and i couldnt get past the 3rd mission.. The story and the CAMERA FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THE CAMERA!! Pissed me off to much.. I was really hoping they would add at least some things of importance to this.. But all they did was tell Roxas's story and add 1 new member.. It wasnt worth my time i am still a HUUUUUUGE fan of KH1 and KH2, KH2 is one of my favorite games on the PS2!
