How could anyone dismiss Freddie Mercury as being simply "just another fag.' Mercury himself would probably crack a similar joke about himself, he was a pretty hilarious guy--but he was confident as a musician and the part he played as the consumate showman. The world suffered a huge, huge loss when this guy died. What a voice.

I think dismissing him as simply another fag as you say, even though im not I´m really enrolled into that world, would be as dismissing the letter A from the alphabet. I think Freddy Mercury or Queen, made a differnce in a whole lot of lives. Dismissing his sexuality, he altered a lot of ppl´s value for music and that´s his strength. Most of us reading here love it, and that´s an amazing thing, i guess that speaks for itself, regardless of the artist. he did an outstanding job
