This didn't look like HD. Are you actually recording in HD or are you upscaling it, because it wasn't very high quality. Also, make sure your input and output resolution and frame rate are the same, because I saw some ghosting. If you have an HD TV and you're getting HD Video, render the files to either 100% quality WMV files or avi compressed with the Lagarith Lossless codec or Techsmith Screen Capture codec. You'll get file sizes that kill your upload though, and what software you using?

@vGViking I don't actually have a 360 or Live, (I'm a PC gamer xD) but I have a program called Teamviewer, which allows me to control yours. It pretty much makes a mouse that you have control of, but when you're not moving it I can. If you PM me your MSN, I can add you and we can talk some more about it. Basically, you get an ID and randomly generated password each time you open Teamviewer, and you give them to the person who's connecting to you. We'll do that over MSN. Dw, I've done this heaps.
