  • Where was the Atlanta race at???

  • Atlanta??

  • ragan gets his first win and nice to see waltrip get a win :D

  • Restricter races suck thats not racing thats geting lucky. They shouldn't even count.

  • the Dayton 500 race still kills me. I'm a Bobby Labonte fan, and, being that he hasn't won in about 5 or 6 years, it would have been nice to see him win the biggest race of the year. Still, I respect Labonte for pushing Bayne to the win. that was a heart warming moment. Hopefully Labonte can win one race this year.

  • Again most were the 2 car tandem races. They are exciting!

  • the only one i did not like was jr. running out of gas...

  • i hated the 2011 watkins glen race because marcos ambrose won that race i hate ambrose so much

  • true sound of nascar > watch?v=kgQRGCIrQm4&feature=g-upl&context=G2196465AUAAAAAAABAA

  • funny how pac hates junior but he was in a shitload of these finishes in front

  • #6 was closer than i thought wish leffler could have won instead of fucking gibbs cars

  • it was nice to see michael waltrip win a race

  • does anyone else find it awkward there were 2 seperate wrecks on the last lap at coke zero 400 at daytona..... ?

  • Can't question #1. Second after people watched that everyone knew it would take something out of this world to beat that. The only problem I have with the list is that Waltrip beating Sadler at Daytona should be MUCH higher. I would put that in 3rd or 4th. Considering the finish itself, and with it being the 10 year anniversary to the day of him winning the 500 the same day we lost Earnhardt, I think that has to be 5th at worst.

  • YEAH MARCOS!

  • My top 5 would be Trevor Bayne's Daytona 500 win at #1, Regan Smith's Southern 500 win at #2, Gordon over Johnson at Atlanta at #3, Harvick's win at California at #4, and Ambrose's win at The Glen would be 5th.

  • can you do the 50% faster comps again

  • 7. Cue up Harvick: "I'm gonna have nightmares tonight about kids eating free..."

  • Atlanta was one of the best in recent memory. It wasnt crazy and no wild shit happened, but watching 2 of the sports best go at it on old tires on a worn out track was absolutely awesome. Should have been in the top 5 IMO

  • Good I miss the sound of the engines already!

  • Jesus Christ... some of those finishes were NOT that good. Atlanta and the Southern 500 deserve to be in there over some. You could have just titled it, "Plate race finishes of 2011"

  • I'm guessing the Southern 500 and the night Nationwide race at Iowa were 11-12th.

  • @Spannerhead29 You've guessed correctly.

  • @pacmancucumber1783 It seems like no matter the complaint of the tandem they have made some awesome finishes.

  • call me a rusty pickle but 10-6 were lame in my opinion

  • im guessing you like 2 car tango races?

  • Nice list. I would of included the Second Nationwide race at Iowa, the Nationwide race at Las Vegas, and the Southern 500 finishes.

  • i loved #9 micheal waltrip win 10 years 2 the day dale earnheart sr died

  • I Don't way everyone keeps complaining about the 2 car drafts as we just saw they produce the best races of the entire season!

  • @tacka02 yes if those races were the last two laps.

  • @tacka02: And by "races" you mean "finishes". 90% of those races are a snoozefest until you get to the last couple laps of the race.

  • Good list. You should check my top finishes on my channel.

  • You don't usually see Fontana on lists like this. I was gonna go to that race, but I chose Phoenix instead. I'm still happy I chose Phoenix.

  • Why did you leave that comment before #8? What was wrong with the rest of the race.

  • @brendomatic1 The race was overall the best of the season, but the finish was averagely exciting.

  • I love number nine! Seven is also great. Five fuck yea! Four, I love Marcos Amberose! Fuck number three. ESPN fails, Bowyer wins...nope, just Chuck Testa. I def agree with number one.

  • Why the hell isnt Atlanta up here????

  • #10: I love the fact Kyle Busch and Jeff Gordon went from like 29th and 30th with 4 laps to go up to 5th and 6th at the end!

    #9: GO MIKEY!!!

#8: What a great job for young Trevor.

#7: Close finish, but my favorite driver Dave Blaney finished 3rd!!!

#6: No offense, but no suprise Danica wrecked, lol

    #5: THANK GOD

#4: At 8:28 people are stealing signs, HA!

    #3: Just so unlucky!

#2: And at the strip, it's Bowyer! IT'S STEWART! lol

#1: Only luck he won that, no skill at all.

  • @WDRiddle2 #7--Best of all, KIDS EAT FREE!!!!!!!

  • @Crisgo3d I KNOW! DAVE'S AN AWESOME GUY! He's actually a personal friend to my mom's family, and I've met him! he's really cool, and needs some good luck! But he should have a good season in 2012, he got some great money, an awesome sponser, and a team that will be able to get the job done with that money!

  • @WDRiddle2 #1 I think Jeff woulda won if that was the finish at Daytona

  • @kingofrunescapepking I agree with you!!

  • @WDRiddle2 Good eye on #4!

  • @brendomatic1 Haha, thanks!!

  • @WDRiddle2 Concerning #1. Couldn't the same be said for the rest of the plate races? Hell, all Trevor had to do was hold his line. Same goes for Ragan.

And I'm amazed Atlanta isn't on here. To have two of the best drivers in the sport hanging on for dear life while still racing side by side, all while Gordon gets 3rd on the all time win list.

  • @jamie1111111111111 You can say the same thing, I just thought it was nice because of their first win in the series. But there was really no skill, the person behind had the most. And also I don't like Jimmie Johnson one bit, so that's why I said what I said. And with Atlanta, that definately needs to be on the list. My least and second favorite driver (Gordon, behind Blaney) battled it out. Luckily Gordon won, which I was glad with, but that was just too exciting.

  • yay watkins glen was in there it makes me proud that i was there

  • I feel like #6 was overlooked by the crash than the finish

  • @kensethfreak I agree with you, it was, it was really close too!

  • HOW THE FUCK DID YOU LEAVE OFF ATLANTA?!!!!!

  • @pat02537 If it was a top 15, that would have made it.

  • @pat02537 Agreed but they are HIS opinions so yeah. Don't get butthurt.

  • WHY, WHY, WHY, DID YOU HAVE TO PUT Jimmie Johnson winning as the #1 finish. LOL. i would've been fine with him being #2, and Tony Stewart #1

  • this would be mine as well just in different order and i would throw the Ford 400 in there

  • @Hendrickfan54 That was more of a great race than a great finish in my opinion.

  • @Hendrickfan54 the last 40 laps were great indeed.
