Oh Tatiana. I'm in love with you. We'll marry and have a guitarduo and a lot of little sweet guitarkids that'll play thunderstruck over and over and we'll laugh and laugh. You can have my 175 and one of my teles as a wedding gift. Hugs and kisses
@emmadetten you and Tatiana would make a sweet and jazzilicious duo, just listened to your "joyspring" posting again...the world would be better off if you two played together... no question!
This is real great playing. I love to hear that. There is a lot of jazzy language which I understand and like to follow. Wonderful. And please don't get me wrong: but female jazzguitarists are rare and surprises me as well. Have a good time - greatings from Germany.
Hey young Lady> That is some fine guitar> very amusing to read the "advice" TO you" (buy this method book or play those notes differently) and yet you are very gracious in return...You really have put forth much to hear and enjoy... with this and in the other pieces you have posted...I enjoy your music...Thank you!!!
it's very nice. save that shout chorus stuff you had at the beginning for the end. also try a lighter gauge string for a while. But it's entertaining, dynamic stuff.
I would love to have heard this rendition on a double guitar like Jon McLaughlin used to play with the lower part one octave down on bass strings. Very focused playing nice and percussive almost like DiMeola or (Gumby Ortiz) lol.
Hi guitristkafr, that was a nice improvisation, you should defenitly listen to Steve Khan. Many people are saying that you've got talent but isn't that relative ? I'm sure you practiced and study alot and that you love the music. Anyway, if the music is in the brain you'll stay insane ! (as a matter of speaking :) )
Very nice! That after only 3 years? If you haven't already done so, check out Mel Bay's 'The Complete Johnny Smith Approach To Guitar' ....excellent and a must have for all jazz guitar players.
@guitristkafr You're kidding me, aren't you? You were really playing only for 3 years when you made? You mean, you were playing jazz for only 3 years, don't you? You must have been playing classical or even folk or some form of guitar music for several years before that.
i wish i could get my girlfriend to play guitar again, she used to love it but now shed just rather listen to me and is intimidated by male playing. ill get her to watch this for sure.
I returned again to this comments frame & could be great for you to share your self commin' to Mexico and taste & breath other atmospheres for your own growin' jazz guitar study. I'm plannin to say goodbye to the University an make a new jazz guitar duet with an acoustic bass and play freely with no burocratic tites. My blessees for Tanya. ALCI REBOLLEDO.

Definitely composed. But, executed well. And, when she knows 10 of these, she will have the tools to start composing her own. Whoever Igor is, he's got an excellent approach to teaching jazz, in my opinion.
