I purchased 2(two) of these phones and the key pad has not worked for months.I also was sold the regular warranty T-Mobile will not replace the phone stating there is no fixing them or replacing them.I paid more than 199 actually just under 500 do;;ars.T-Mobile CAN YOU SPELL FRAUD? titanbobsplug@gmail.com I WILL START A SUITE!!! I did love my Phones .N0 ONE, INCLUDING THERE MANAGERS WILL CALL ME BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.I am still waiting!!!!!! Why create a great product with no follow up
