I have a YouTube channel and I get a lot of negative comments. They come in on my phone and I manage them, deleting them or responding.  But, unlike yourself, I have a problem with negative comments. This is a function of anonymity on the web, and it allows for juvenille behavior. I can only think of two people who have ever made these sort of comments to my face, and that was years ago in high school.
