So Jealous is my fave album of theirs.. anyway.. i dunno why everyone thinks that during the bridge it says "if you're going down town, if you're going down town and your leaving.." i don't hear that? i always heard and sing.. now I know this is being played live + that the arrangement might be different, but I've gotta say it sounds like someone didn't know the synthesizer part-- the way it's played kind of hinders the emotional value you get on the studio recording. So Jealous was definitely the greatest album of theirs. Sara song's were so powerful that you couldn't help but feel the way she did when she wrote the songs. It gives you chills; in a good way. :)

If It Was You was a big huge stepping stone for them but in my opinion I think So Jealous was better. They matured ALOT in their lyrics and music. They took a chance with "mainstream" techniques and put catchier choruses, layering, and vocal effects. It's not as organic as ITWY but I still feel like they did a really good job and it's popularity proved it's success. That's just my opinion though :). I'm sure everyone has different views on which album was the best.
